ICED TEA, ANYONE?

THE RASPBERRIES ARE growing wild in my backyard so why not make some iced tea?

And who couldn't resist taking pictures of these beauties? I don't know about you but I just find blogging not only mentally exhausting but also physically demanding...^_^ Just trying to get the best angle possible wasn't that easy for my aging back!

If you're an iced tea lover like me, I'd like to introduce you to my new obsession. The aroma of this tea can fill up the whole room and they just smell fruity and wonderful. They're kind of hard to find. And because I'm being nice I'd like to send you a box of these... just leave me a comment by Saturday @ 12midnight/EST. I will also throw in a few surprises for you (sorry...the crosstitched towel is not included). And who said I have to wait till my 100th post to do a giveaway. Let's break some rules. I'll draw the winner's name on Sunday, July 13th.

It's getting humid here in my neck of the woods...there's nothing better to quench your thirst than having a glass or two of freshly brewed raspberry iced tea. Please feel free to share your favorite iced tea recipe... I would love to try them all.

Hi Connie, Absolutely LOVE "raspberry tea"! When my children were little the only tea they liked was raspberry, so I would brew some up & we had it in pretty teacups after school! Beautiful photos!....Heidi XO

Connie, Connie, Connie ... what GORGEOUS photos! Those berries are stunning! WOW! I called my husband over and said, "Lookey, I want to take pics like that." "Yeah," he replied with raised eyebrows, "So use the SLR camera." (I didn't know cameras had initials!!!) Who knew I possessed the camera to do this? (Now I must find out if I have the talent.) You've inspired me once again, dear friend. Thank you! I'm off to go dip in the pool (after 103 degrees today) and then practice snapping a few pics with that nifty SLR guy. : )
p.s. OH, I almost forgot. Please enter me in your splendid giveaway. I just looooooove raspberries!

Connie, your photos are beautiful...mouthwatering, actually!

It is 5:15 am in No. California, and my air conditioner (set at 78 deg.) is running. I need to make some ice tea too! I love to brew a pot of green tea with a handful of fresh peppermint stuffed into the pot. No sugar for me, although everyone else seems to prefer it. I wonder how peppermint and raspberry go together??

Those berries look luscious! You did manage to get a great photo! And the tea looks pretty darned good too. I have never seen that one; I drink sugar free peach Snapple usually.

Beautiful berries! They look absolutely yummy!

I'd like to enter your contest. I don't have a recipe to share - we just drink plain tea with Equal and Sweet 'n Low.

Connie -- TAG! My blogger friend Jo tagged me with a very thoughtful "meme" and I immediately thought of tagging you. As new bloggers, we haven't shared as much as most other bloggers. So, if you would like to join in, just go to my 7/10 post and copy away. I would love to read what you have to say. : ) (No pressure, just an invite.)
